Spirituality can be described in many ways. For some, spirituality has religious connotations and represents a connection to a “higher power.” For others, spirituality represents a deep connection with others and the outside world around them. We believe that spirituality helps us to find meaning or purpose in life which allows us to distinguish between what is important and what is not. Regardless of one’s meaning, spirituality has been shown to have a positive impact on our physical health and overall sense of well-being.
